By subscribing to our services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Scope of the Refund Policy
This policy applies to all clients who avail themselves of the investment reserch analysis services of Aura Capital Financial Services, including:
Equity and Derivatives Market Reserch Analysis
Intraday Trading Tips and Strategies
Technical and Fundamental Research Reports
Portfolio and Wealth reserch analysis Services
Index and Options Recommendations (Nifty, Bank Nifty, etc.)
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery of Services: If the client receives no reserch analysis communication within the agreed timeframe after payment.
Service Mismatch: If the services delivered differ materially from what was outlined in the signed service agreement or subscription plan.
Operational or Technical Failure: Inaccessibility of services due to technical failures such as email delivery issues, server downtime, etc., reported in a timely manner.
Duplicate Billing or Excess Payment: If the client is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
Service Termination by Company: If Aura Capital Financial Services discontinues services for reasons not attributable to client misconduct, a prorated refund may be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Dissatisfaction with Market Performance: Reserch analysis services are based on professional research and analysis, but investment outcomes are not guaranteed. Losses or unmet expectations due to market movement do not qualify for refunds.
Change of Mind: Once a subscription is confirmed, refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons or change of intent.
Services Partially Availed: If the client has already received or benefited from part of the reserch analysis service, no refund will be issued for that portion.
Breach of Terms: If the client violates terms of the reserch analysis agreement or engages in misconduct, refund claims will be rejected.
Expired Subscription: Refund requests made after the subscription validity has lapsed are not eligible.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must:

Include:
Full Name
Subscription Plan Details (type, date, amount)
Reason for the refund
Any supporting documentation (e.g., payment screenshot, communication logs)
Response Timelines:
Acknowledgment of the refund request: within 5 working days
Final resolution/decision: within 15 working days
5. Refund Methods and Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing timelines:
UPI/Digital Wallets: 5–7 business days
Bank Transfers: 10–15 business days
Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days
A confirmation email with transaction details will be sent upon refund initiation.
6. Prorated Refunds
In cases where a service is partially used and qualifies for a refund, Aura Capital Financial Services may issue a prorated refund. This will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription or agreement.
Example: A 12-month subscription terminated after 4 months may be eligible for a refund for the remaining 8 months, subject to eligibility.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements regarding refund eligibility:

8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth refund process, clients must:
Submit accurate and timely information when making a refund claim.
Raise issues within the subscription validity period.
Comply with the service terms agreed upon at the time of subscription.
